Just received a notice from the E-Police Newsletter reporting that yesterday morning near the intersection of Rosewood and Harvard in East Hollywood, a citizen witnessed a man closing the trunk of his car with a child inside.
“The child is believed to be a female due to the clothing description being pink pants, and a white sweater with a pink design… (and) the child had short dark hair.”
The male suspect was described as Hispanic or Filipino approximately 40 years old with salt and pepper hair. The vehicle is a “grey, 4 door, newer model sedan” with a white license plate including the following dark letters and numbers: “VTTV0664”

MO: ON DECEMBER 6, 2007, AT APPROXIMATELY 8:45 AM, A CITIZEN REPORTED SEEING A SMALL CHILD IN THE TRUNK OF A VEHICLE, AND A MALE HISPANIC OR FILIPINO SHUTTING THE TRUNK LID. THE CHILD IS BELIEVED TO BE A FEMALE DUE TO THE CLOTHING DESCRIPTION AS BEING PINK PANTS, AND A WHITE SWEATER WITH A PINK DESIGN. THE ONLY OTHER DESCRIPTION IS THAT THE CHILD HAD SHORT DARK HAIR.
