Fun news for Dodger fans whose boys in blue have, once again, gone home early.
Reprise! Broadway’s Best, led by artistic director Jason Alexander, brings a new version of Damn Yankees to the stage at UCLA’s Freud Playhouse Nov. 6-25.
This time, DY takes place in 1981 Los Angeles, where a middle-aged Dodger fan is frustrated by his team’s nemesis, the New York Yankees. Man Warning: The plot involves a love story, which could benefit you in terms of date points.
Directed by Alexander, the show stars Tony Award Winner Cleavant Derricks, Emmy Award Winner Jackee Harry, and Tony Award Winner Lillias White.
Family fun for those who like musicals, baseball, Costanza, and the color blue.
With that headline, you had the Militant there thinking that Colletti struck a deal with Scott Bora$ to get A-Rod.
