Lebowski Fest — Save The Date

Tickets for Lebowski Fest LA go on sale today at 1pm on TicketWeb. The event is October 12 and 13 but the organizers suggest you buy your tickets as soon as possible as they sell out quickly.

Schedule (from the Fest website):
Friday, October 12th – Opening Party @ The Knitting Factory Hollywood
(7021 Hollywood Blvd. Hollywood, CA 90028)
Music by Totally Radd!! and more (TBA) followed by a screening of the movie. Special guests TBA.
Doors at 8pm. Ages 21 and over – $15

Saturday, October 13th – Bowling Party @ The Cal Bowl
(2500 E Carson St. Lakewood, CA 90712)
Ticket includes bowling* and shoe rental plus costume, trivia and other contests. Special guests TBA.
Doors at 8pm. All Ages – $25
*Bowling is general admission and not guaranteed. You may bowl in any non-dark soled shoes such as tennis shoes, jellies, etc.

And remember: Nobody fucks with the Jesus.

  1. Steve Buscemi’s turnaround expression in that clip is just classic.

    I hadn’t even seen the film until about 2 years ago…so I never could quite understand what all the fuss was about.

    Since then, I think I’ve watched it about 20 times.

    I’d love to hear the backstory on how the Coen’s managed to pen this one.
