Bert Green informs us that there’s a town-hall-type meeting tonight at the Farmer’s & Merchant’s Bank building at 4th and Main:
The meeting will run from 6:30 to 8:30 and will consist of a “meet your neighbors” event for the first 1/2 hour or so, followed by a series of short presentations on various projects and programs being proposed and built in the near future in Downtown Los Angeles. Some of the presentations will discuss new real estate developments, others beautification and cultural issues. It should be pretty informative.
I’d love to go check it out, but I’ll be at the Public Enemy show at HOB tonight. If any of you make it down, please comment on how it went.
