I was wondering who Spaceland‘s “Very Special Guests, TBA” were for next Thursday, June 28th.
It turns out they’re Jenny Lewis with The Watson Twins (MySpace), with openers Becky Stark (of Lavender Diamond, MySpace) and Tig. I could be wrong, but the last time the Jenny Lewis and the twins performed here in Los Angeles was at the Hotel Cafe (which just got air conditioning about two weeks ago) for MySpace‘s first Secret Show several months ago.
Tickets go on sale to the public at 12:00 PM today, but if you go to JennyLewis.com, there’s a link that will take you to a pre-sale page, where tickets have been on sale since 10:00 AM. As of this writing, they’re still not sold out yet.
i am soo getting my ass into that show.
Is it too much for those bookends not to nap when a camera’s pointed at them?
