On New Years Eve this year I posted a story about Giant’s lack thereof Village. Giant responded on their website that they would be issuing refunds to ticket-holders through the channels which they purchased said tickets. The Giant Village site no longer has any information on it except for an email address, which I sent an email to enquiring about the refunds, but have yet to hear back. As it turns out people who bought their tickets from Virgin don’t seem to be getting any money back and have been vocalizing their concern on the original thread from NYE referencing the rumor that cancellation insurance wasn’t purchased.
