Don’t know when this happened, but the LA Weekly has redesigned their website so that it no longer looks like something from 1998. I’m not loving it as a whole, but at least there are no more bad bevels. While I’m at it, kudos to the Weekly for getting a new art director for the dead tree edition as well. The pub’s design for the last several years has been, to put it mildly, amateurish. The new art director is a noticable improvement.
