Live Bait and Soju

Last night I had the pleasure of visiting The Prince in Koreatown for the first time. I don’t know how I’ve missed it thus far, because I’ve spent tons of time in K-Town (including countless hours parked in the red faux-leather booths of the notorious HMS Bounty) and I love a good strange bar. But The Prince it’s own kind of thing. It’s own crazy kind of thing. For example, for every round of drinks ordered, complimentary food items are brought to the table, which become progressively more elaborate. We only got through a couple of these, one of which was some kind of gelatinous goo ball filled with sesame paste. I’m dying to know what comes next. But I don’t think I can sum it up any better than this Deep End Dining article about going to The Prince to eat live octopus tentacles.
