This is going to be fun. A night of nurturing your inner 12 yo with art and limbered up with some right tasty craft brews by Pacific Plate Brewery. This event is supported by Paint ‘n’ Play Art Studio and Gallery as well as Monrovia Association of Fine Arts.
This isn’t free, but the $45 fee includes all materials and your Craft Beer. IMHO its well worth the cost of admission for an evening of art with Ms Butterfield, the craft beer is the icing on the proverbial cake!

Pacific Plate is an interesting brewery. They make craft beers with a twist as you might have guessed. They start with whole grains they mill themselves. They add flavor pairings that compliment each other to create very different beers than you typically find on the shelves of your local groc. Each batch is brewed by the barrel, not by the bajillion barrels that gives them better control over the final product. They even grow their own yeast to maintain the quality of their beer. All good stuff. Continue reading “Pacific Plate Brewery : great microbrewery with a twist opens in my ‘hood”
