Sadly, these images make me yearn for what Los Angeles USED to be.
Where are all the ethnic groups who REALLY are responsible for building up (and developing) the City of Angels?
What a wonderful video of where we’ve been and makes one think about what we have today that will be looked upon as nostalgic in another 50 years. I liked the trolley’s downtown and all the life there, life is returning, personally love the LA Live venues and am anxious for the trolley to return…that is if the funding and right of ways ever get figured out.
It’s sad to see what our city has become when compared to what it was
Fun footage and the music is perfect. It’s easy to understand why so many people want to live here. Loved seeing unclogged freeways – we won’t see traffic flowing like that ever again on California freeways. They were designed for the number of cars using them back in the day.
