Everyone’s favorite deposed king of morning indie-rock radio, Dickie Barrett, returns triumphantly to a frigid LA this Friday with his awesome ska outfit, the Mighty Mighty Bosstones. Now, I am not a ska fan, but these guys are fan-freaking-tastic. It’s one of Jimmy Kimmel’s mini concerts, and it’s free–you can sign up for tickets here. Show is at 5:45pm.
