When Clearman's Galley (aka "The Boat," formerly across the parking lot from Northwoods Inn) was open, you could get the coldest Old Milwaukee in town, Clearman's famous blue cheese salad, and a seemingly endless supply of cheese toast made with that butter for 25¢ a slice. Man, I miss that cheese toast. Oh, the cheese butter. I can taste it now.
