speaking of crazy gideon….he’s had the longest “going out of business” sale for at least 10 years!!! also, not sure if this qualifies but I remember an asian own mini-market on sunset blvd near dodger stadium.. the name of the market was “phouc ng market”!!! always wanted to take a picture of it but it closed abruptly.

Any of the many banned foreign Ikea commercials. The girl eating a plate of spaghetti on the floor. Shes sucking on the noodles but ends up with a dirty shoe string in her mouth and she gags! And the kid at play who thinks his moms vibrator is a toy! The name of the video is “IKEA Tidy Up Banned Commercials” on YouTube.

My favorite is the Geico one with the talking pothole!!! It cracks me up every time, without fail!

As far as local ads go, I love the one with the little brother and sister who need to get their eyes checked at Teagle Optometry… not so outrageous, but totally cheesy and so cute!
