It’s out in the arts district (traction ave) and possibly south of here.
It’s on in Echo Park. (Is that what what you meant? A status report from anywhere in the city or just from downtown?)
I’ll take anywhere, but I’m also trying to get an outline of the blackout–if it’s still happening.
my calls to city hall went unanswered. Friday after 6pm…pfft.
I’ve been in the historic core all day – no signs of a blackout here.
