		<description>How can this be linked to personal trainers?  Are they going to ban dogwalkers too?  You can&#039;t ask babysitters, nannies or any other supervisor of children to pay for a permit to go to the park.  I work for a nanny agency (FindTheBestNanny.com) and no nanny agency would approve of this law.

		<description>It looks like things can be permitted at the discretion of the parks director.  Sounds like a money grab for permits rather than a complete ban like the peoples republic of santa monica has tried with the morning boot campers.
