Sounds like you saw a lesser known film, and that might be the reason. Sadly Cinespia has become more of a "trendy" event lately, drawing the typical slew of douchebaggery (ha! douchebaggery is apparently OK in Google Chrome's spell check. Nice) you'd expect from some of LA's <del>best</del> worst "hip" night clubs/bars. It makes me sad, because it really was a great, chill spot to enjoy the summer nights with folks who were so cool and awesome without even trying..... I’m glad to hear you had a pleasant experience.
