Amen. The problem is, small governments like Venice&#039;s don&#039;t have the funds to solve homelessness in LA. There needs to be a county-wide fund, contributed to by the cities, to address homelessness endemic to the entire area.

Of course, now that everyone&#039;s even more uptight about their pocketbook, that&#039;s even less likely.
