Here it is. The 'Here it is' is the link to a page where you fill out your information (yes, you are commenting on a federal issue so it's official) and there's space for comments. Since Sunroom did such a great job of spelling out his concerns which are also my main concerns, I read what he had written, and put it in my own words. The issues are pretty clear so just say what you think. And thanks Sunroomdesk guy.... Second comment (for me):
