I was there today and saw people setting up the biggest stage I've ever seen there, as well as crowd barriers all along the middle promenade itself, near the north end at Wilshire. The guys setting it up didn't know what they were setting up for, and I've checked 3 official websites and found nothing, so it's a big mystery.
