“I Love LA” is quite possibly one of the most superficial songs ever written about LA. Even songs that hate on LA have more insight than that lame-ass song.

I voted for OTHER: Michelle Shocked “Come a long way” (I’ve gone 500 miles today and never even left LA…). A bit of a story, lots of local images, and a happy sound to it…can’t count the number of times I’ve sung this song to myself while driving on the freeways…
