Fortunately, we still have a drive-in. Unfortunately, they are already closed until next summer.

1982! That's when I was born! This is to say, I have never been to a drive-in. Super jazzed for the Alien showing on Halloween, though this means I will have to stock up on my free candy and parental warnings (i.e., "don't eat things that don't have a brand name wrapper on it, else you'll eat roach-laced buttercups aiyaa!!") elsewhere this year.

I can't remember the last movie I saw at a drive in but I'm sure it was some type of Porky's movie and in 1982. I do remember the last time it was my turn to hide in the trunk w/ all the beer.

The last movie I saw at a drive-in was was the Flintstone movie with the kids when they were wee babes. It was in Northridge. I have to admit they did have their place and it is a bit sad they all went away. This re-invention sounds like a great idea.
