I can’t say for sure that it’s the same one/guy, but I think I’ve seen this cruising down the 101 a couple times. Definitely looks like something I would be interested in if I only knew where to pick one up at… I’m sure it must be good on gas, right?

Looks like a Can Am Spyder. They look like fun, but I’ve never been on one. You can ride one with a plain old class C license and $15,000.

looks fun, and its a gas saver. But its too wide to fit down the between lanes in traffic. Takes one of the best parts of riding a motorcycle away! I’d still take one to play though!

I’m not sure it’s the same make, but an Italian company (Piaggio?) designs and/or produces swoopy trikes of this type and sells them locally through some Honda bike dealers. They look cool in profile, but that front end also seems way too wide for me. It looks like a pizza delivery bike in NYC, or maybe little Anakin Skywalker’s pod racer.

Looks more like the Spyder than the Piaggio.

Crystal was about 30 seconds away from buying one and then decided against it. It would have a been fun to compare it with all my 2 wheeled bikes.

That’s mos def a Spyder, and this is the third one I’ve heard about in as many weeks. They must be doing pretty well.

I saw one of those Piaggios driving along the coast in Palos Verdes yesterday. It kind of looked like a giant version of a mobility scooter – not a very chic ride.
