Well, at least I made my trek to see it live and in person.

Speaking of bike riding, I read that the city of West Hollywood are going
to legalize bike riding on their sidewalks, is this a disaster waiting to happen?

The new letters seem to be almost worn off already. Looks more like a cya move than a real safety fix. I say they should change it back.

Well that's good it's been fixed.

In other paint on the street news, I saw a couple of fellows painting their own two white stripes (crosswalk style) about ten-fifteen feet back from the actual crosswalk. The location is right at the entrance of Cafe Stella in Silverlake. The best I can guess is that they live directly across the street and didn't want to walk down to the sanctioned crosswalk. Odd though, that side street is never really all that busy, you would think jaywalking would be the order of the day not faux crosswalks.
