I’mma be there. I got to meet Carol Kaye at a West LA music bass clinic at their Universal City store back in November. The most fascinating thing about her isn’t that she has a lot of “war stories” or even that she’s a woman, but that she’s in her early/mid-70s and can play like a monster! I don’t even know that many people under 60 who can play like that.

I’d love to catch this but I’m going to be out-of-town thru mid July.
