Lame. We opted to change our vacation plans this summer. No road trip to CO. We are going to go to Palm Springs a couple of times. Using same car as when we went to CO 3 years ago so no change there. The gas bill to Palm Springs and back will be the SAME as it was to go to Vail and back. Sad testament to the wild increases isn't it? ditto what doran said. Lame.
