It’s not in Griffith Park. I’m in the Valley, near Oxnard and Kester, and it’s pretty much due west of us.

Honestly, it looks like Woodley Park.

LAFD puts it in Griffith Park, off Hobart.

Thanks for sharing this. I was briefly out of town and must admit it strange to watch television in the Centennial State, with a temp of 22F and a foot of snow on the ground, to see wildfires (albeit small) beginning to take foothold in our beloved City.

There was indeed a different fire in the Sepulveda Basin Recreation area, which is likely the one you noted.
