Great atmosphere at the Hotel Fig. On the way down to the dark basement, I found myself looking out for a fez-wearing, knife-wielding assassin. Fortunately, I was able to escape unharmed. But the mysterious Woman In Black seems to have a shiny object glinting off her hand. A personal-sized yet deadly weapon? A large diamond? Who knows? Oh, sorry. I was just reading the J. Peterman catalog.

Good tip, Militant, and one I have used (though I usually lean my arm/shoulder against something steady rather than the camera). I was very annoyed with myself for forgetting my diffuser, which enables use of the flash without, well, looking like I’ve used the flash.
