When we first visited Shojin before their opening they were calling it the "Welcome" drink. I personally couldn't get enough of it, and you're totally right, my friends and I all caught the buzz! It's a lovely feeling, the cayanne and ginger really kick your ass but the cane sugar brings it all back together to so they play nice.
