		<description>The other day I saw a dog that appeared to be walking on water in the LA River at the Atlantic Blvd crossing in vernon/Maywood. I pulled over to check him out, and then was suprised to see a colony of ducks and riparian habitait under the bridge.  Then I saw a few semi large blobs in the water and realized they were fish. trippeeee........
