		<description>I&#039;m not going to log into myspace to comment, but the meter in the photo was broken. (&#039;FAIL&#039;)  The entire top section is the mechanism, which slides out.
The mechanism was replaced with a working one, to fix it. The &#039;bling&#039; was clearly not removed on purpose - it was attached to the broken mechanism.

Whoever &#039;blinged&#039; it should have blinged a working meter.
