Cause of death: Curiosity.
I used to work at a record store in WEHO called Prime Cuts Records and we had a cat named TINA who lived in the store. In the day she was the attention of every cat lover and hater. She would sleep on turntables and record stacks.
Aww, man. I’mo have to stop by there manana.
Poor kitty. Hope there’s lots of tuna for yeh wherever you are.
She was a good cat.
i walked by the other day and thought about her. thanks for the update. g’night Lucy Loo
No offense but in case anyone’s interested in remembering Lucy with a picture in which she doesn’t look so freshly departed, I found one here.
My 17 year old cat Clean died the same day, possibly at the same time. Its very strange how our lives go on without without the furry fellows at ankle level anymore. Lucy was one of the finest “diplocats” I have ever known, friendly to most but gently rebuffing unwanted ministrations. Perhaps she and Clean are teaming up to take on the heavenly mice mousing around Cat Valhalla. Goodbye to Lucy… and hello kitten!
How sad. Lucy’s purring beneath my book perusing will be sorely missed. And my condolences to Ausgang and his cat Clean -the inspiration for a thousand paintings.
I heard about this last week but hesitated to post…Cutter, I’m sorry the sad task fell to you. And Anthony, my condolences.
I’m a dog person and not a cat person, but Lucy was A-OK. I recently recall some entitled lady and her dog were in the store with not much space in the center reading area. Lucy was lounging and this lady walks over with her dog, advances towards Lucy “making” Lucy uncomfortable with the dog. Lucy sat up and skipped away and then this lady sat down where Lucy had been. Grrr.
