The National Weather Service has declared a “Red Flag” for tomorrow, Nov 28th. Parking Restrictions will be in effect @ 10:00 AM and until further notice.

These on again off again red flags are making my head batty. Every on/off cycle triggers a migraine and it isn’t very pretty.
Thats very odd. I didn’t receive a phone call or email for these. Is the notification system broken?
