Last week the “sea salt” flavors at Scoops were fantastic. On Saturday the GF and I stopped by to enjoy a Salt Caramel/Walnut Horchata combination (me) and a Sea Salt White Chocolate and Lemon/Pistachio combo (she).

This weekend, Tai is brewing up a batch of tea-flavored ice creams for your enjoyment. I can’t stress enough how good his coconut ice creams are. You simply have to try one.

Earl Gray and Lemongrass
Green Tea and Coconut
Jasmine Tea and Ginger
Chocolate and Lapsang Tea
Lung Ching Tea and Dates
Chai tea and Egg Nog

No suggestion board suggestion of the week this week. Instead, I’d like to open up the comments for your Thanksgiving flavor suggestions. I’ll pass the best ones on to Tai.

I love that you list the upcoming flavors for us! Any chance you can list the vegan flavors as well? If he ever makes a vegan version of Horchata I will drop down to my knees and lick his kitchen clean in gratitude. For Thanksgiving, how about candied yam?

We just went here (Saturday at noon) – I can tell you, the green tea & coconut is fantastic, as is the jasmine tea & ginger. But the chai & egg nog was great too. Scoops actually has a near-perfect selection today. I also tried the vanilla Jack Daniels and it was yummy. The banana mint was the only one that I tried which didn’t thrill me. I also remember a mango sherry flavor, but didn’t try it.

Today’s vegan flavors include chocolate mint, cinnamon coffee, vanilla oreo, and raspberry jasmine.
