This was written a while ago,but I know the canyon very well. Every nook and cranny. There is one very distinct pentagram that I cannot explain away as just high school, heavy metal shenanigans. And it actually has been there for years. The water tower that is up the hill ,on the fire road, from the end of Skyline Drive, has a pentagram made of small rocks inside of it. There is an old rusted panel you can move to crawl inside the dry tower. It has been in there for years. You ever want a REAL tour of the canyon,let me know! I am on Facebook! Gosh! At least that way folks would know where TC is located. I don't think the memorial was for Gloria Gaxiola. She died in 2002, and my guess is that you were not in high school that recently.
