Barack Obama in Los Angeles

February 20, 2007 at 7:30 pm in Politics

Earlier today I attended the Barack Obama rally at the Rancho Cienega Recreation Center, along with a diverse crowd of 2,500 “Obamaniacs”, local residents, and high school students. Nothing groundbreaking, except for a number of media in attendance noting the surprisingly high turnout.

I met LA Observed’s Jacob Soboroff there, and he was busy putting together a new vlog for Native Intelligence. I also spotted Councilman Tom LeBonge helping security check credentials so that the campaign volunteers could have a private meet and greet with Obama.
