Actually, I don’t think that’s wheatpaste- I think it’s ice cream. That’s right in front of the Baskin Robbins in Silver Lake (between Millie’s and Alegria). My wife took a picture of the same flyer. We also saw other ones in the area that didn’t look so, uh, “stained.”
