Sorry for the short notice, but I only just got this email.

Looks like Julius Shulman will be appearing at the Neutra office Building in Silver Lake this weekend.

2379 Glendale Blvd
Sunday Feb 11
Noon – 4pm

Shulman and Richard Neutra’s son Dion will be there to show the building, chat and autograph copies of a commemorative catalog put together by realtor Sandy Bleifer, which contains details on this historic building.

You’ll get to experience this space and also view the Neutra ‘Traveling Exhibition’ which has been mounted just for this occasion. An opportunity not to be missed, since this hasn’t been seen in town here for 15 years. It’s headed to Canada later this summer and to New Zealand early next year.

Be sure to bring your checkbook – the building is for sale via auction and the opening bid is a whopping 3.5 Million bucks.

RSVP to Sandy at
info AT downtownLArealty DOT COM,
so she can get a head count.

For early arrivals there may be some refreshments.
