If Halloween isn’t a time to condone putting dogs in cute costumes, then smack my ass and call me Sally. Over the next couple of weeks until the 31st, I’m going to blog about some of the pet-related Halloween activities in LA. Here’s the first…Haute Dog Howl’oween Parade.
The Haute Dog Howl’oween Parade seems to be more than just a parade – it’s a full blown event! With pre-parade funness including vendors, bobbing for Howl’oWeenies, a dog treat stacking contest, a Bulldog Kissing Booth, preliminary canine costume judging, and an adoption fair (from 11am-5pm). The costume contest to enter your dog and to be included in the parade (which of course you want to do) is $10 per dog or $35 if you want to walk near the front of the parade. There are costume contests in numerous silly categories too! Hawt dog!
