She asked me to go to Inland Invasion with her to see Guns N’ Roses. I demurred. “Do you really want to stand in a field all day listening to bands you don’t really like, just to see GnR, who probably won’t even show up?” She agreed. Instead, we got tix for the Friday night show in Bakersfield.

Well, seems that Axl and the boys did show up at Inland Invasion, albeit not without some problems. Still, I’m glad we didn’t go.

Then, guess what? They postponed four shows, including Bakersfield. *Sigh*

But they did add two more LA shows in December. So get ready to get your ticketbastard redial on.

Reminds me of the joke about China being a democracy before Chinese Democracy comes out.
