From abLA writer Valerie – Since 2001, the Sundown Salon series has been one of LA’s best kept secrets. Based in Fritz Haeg’s geodesic dome in Glassell Park, the salon involves a diverse series of communal events, happenings and performances all done in an experimental spirit, with countercultural tendencies and deliberate social engagement.
