come over to my new neighborhood – West Hollywood. I’ve been hanging out in the vicinity of Plummer Park the past couple weeks, which is quite a difference from my regular hood on the east side. With each walk of the dog (and he gets 3 a day) I see new furniture on the street. Today I saw a futon frame, a p/leather recliner, a couple pallets, a bookcase, an entertainment center, a futon bed and a broken up wooden table. At least I think that’s what it was. It looked like burn material to me.
The funny thing is, that most of the stuff doesn’t stay on the street for long. Apparently rejected street furniture has a high turn over rate in WeHo. Who’d known?
