Porto’s Comes to Burbank

If you’ve never been to Porto’s in Glendale, you’re missing out in a huge, huge way. For over 35 years they’ve been serving up hot ham and cheese croissants, amazing cakes, potato balls and all kinds of other stuff that you shouldn’t eat but can’t help. Today the Daily News notes that Porto’s has opened a Burbank branch. I can only hope that it will alleviate some of the crowding at the Glendale spot. It can be quite a zoo at peak hours.
Thanks to the always interesting Franklin Avenue for the pointer.
