More Improvements at latimes.com

May 10, 2005 at 8:18 am in Uncategorized

Registered users of latimes.com got an e-mail this morning announcing what Sean leaked yesterday, namely that calenderlive.com is free starting today. But the free-ification of calenderlive.com is only part of a year-long string of initiatives to improve the site. Another major change you’ll note is that they’ve completely redesigned the homepage, and it’s a vast improvement. The old page was just not up to par for a newspaper in a city this large. I’m glad to see the folks at the Times stepping things up.
