Lizard people dude. Seriously.
I don’t think this is quite the same as the freeway shootings. What I got from the article was that after coming to a stop, the suspects tried to flee. An officer believed he saw one suspect draw a weapon so the officer fired on the suspect. I don’t think any of thise happened while driving. If what I think I read is what actually occurred, then I don’t think it’s anything new. Cops shoot at suspects all the time. :)
