Around 2PM there was another shooting on the 110. This time it was just north of Redondo Beach Boulevard and part of the 110 North and the 91 West were closed to look for evidence. That link will be updated as news comes in, here’s the info so far:

Two people in the vehicle were transported to a nearby hospital after their car crashed into a wall on the shoulder of the road. Their conditions were unavailable.

“Both of the victims are still alive, but there’s one of the victims that’s not doing very well,” said Deputy Chief Earl Paysinger, commanding officer of the LAPD’s South Bureau.

Witnesses said shots were fired from a vehicle described as a “blue sports model.”

The shooting marks the second vehicle-to-vehicle shooting in a two-week period. On March 29, a 20-year-old Long Beach man was shot and killed while driving on the 110 Freeway.

Michael Livingston was shot in the head. His Camaro crashed into the center divider near Manchester Avenue at about 2 p.m.
