  1. Additional information is here:

“COLDPLAY is going on sale at the Troubadour box office at 5:00 pm for tonight’s show (3-11-05) only. Tickets are $10.00 CASH and will be limited to one (1) per person (sorry, no exceptions.) Once this limited number of tickets is distributed, you MUST leave until 7pm. Security must keep all street and sidewalk areas clear. If you have a ticket, you may return for lineups at 7pm. (Please, no lineups – no hanging out – before 7pm.)”

  2. Yeah, I don’t think this is very secret. It’s a KROQ show. Even most folks at Capitol/EMI aren’t getting tickets… just the important ones.

I love the “no lineups” clause. That’s priceless.

  3. this has been the most talked about secret of the day… i think ive got about 10 emails in my dump box about this… its gonna be a mob scene.

  4. That’s one of the great things about living in a city of almost four million people. As soon as something like this breaks, half of them jump in line before you.

“All day long KROQ is the only place for your tickets to see Coldplay tonight at the Troubadour. Listen to KROQ and every time we play Coldplay be caller 20 at 800-520-1067 to win your passes to see them tonight! A limited number of tickets for the show are going on-sale today starting at 5pm at the Troubadour Box Office. Tickets are on a first come first served basis for $10 each. Cash only one ticket per person no exceptions. Doors will open at 8pm. Good Luck!”
