  1. I dont’ remember the Korean name for that delicious rice porridge soup… didn’t see it in this article… but damn, is that stuff divine. It’s like a bowl of soft liquid cloud. Basically same idea as Chinese congee but a bit different. There’s one place on Western that does it so very well. Near Third. Can’t remember the name. Family joint in a strip mall. THe stuff midnight food dreams are made of.

  2. i think top something for k-town restaurants changes to quick. as soon as you see a good restaurant, tons of copycats pop up and turn it into a flavor of the month and so on. i don’t mean this for all, but that seems like the general trend. when i pick a restaurant, my friends will tell me that place sucks now and point out another. (and he’s not being mean)
